Producing conscious global leaders with an entrepreneurial spirit.
12 week training on conscious leadership, relationship building across cultures and leading and producing results internationally.
3 to 4 weeks in Brazil leading 12 students to success, support their fellowship cohort and taking full responsibility for their impact.
6 weeks working on their pay it forward project where they are sharing their lessons learned and giving back to the community through a project.
